How can I access my tickets online?

If you wish to access your tickets via the support site portal (apgbgm.freshdesk.com) please open a ticket to request online access to our support system.  We will send you an activation email, once you have clicked on the link in the activation email to complete your account setup, you will have access to your support tickets as well as the APGB Members Area where you can view the Lot 2 reports.
