What Copyright do I need to use with the Web data

Copyright Statement

You must clearly display the following copyright statement in a prominent position when reproducing APGB Licensed Data:

© Bluesky International Limited and Getmapping Limited 1999-2023

You must use a font size of at least 7 – 8 so that it allows the copyright statement to be clearly legible to the naked eye.

Watermarking
If you are displaying any of the Licensed Data online to non-licensed partners, then you must watermark it to protect our IPR as set out in the Member License Agreement. Your watermark must be embedded over the Licensed Data to ensure that there is copyright protection on the Licensed Data.

Watermarking must extend over the entire visible area of the Licensed Data and not just around the edges, and must be created such that the data is usable for the intended purpose but sufficiently obscured to discourage the copying of data for other uses.

Note that watermarking is not required for internal business use and where the data is shared only with other licensed users (including contractors and Innovation Partners who have signed the appropriate license to use).
